Wanting to Scrap Your Vehicle?

So it turns out your vehicle is no longer in its prime and the cost for repair may sadly outweigh the vehicles value..

Here at JLM Auto Services we can provide a recycling service whereby we collect your full vehicle and deliver it to a fully certified treatment facility. All we need from you is the Logbook V5C Registration Document, along with your signed consent for the sale/disposal of the vehicle.

Once recycled we will provide you with the Certificate Of Destruction (COD) which is proof that your vehicle has been destroyed/recycled with a DVLA approved treatment facility.

How much you will receive for your vehicle is entirely dependant upon the vehicle itself. We are able to provide a minimum estimated price for your vehicle which is after our deducted fees for transporting your vehicle to the treatment facility - this will be the minimum price that you will receive for your vehicle. 

We are only able to provide an estimated price due to your vehicle having to undergo checks at the treatment facility to ensure the vehicle parts are original. For instance a universal (non original) Catalytic Converter would fetch a lot less than what an original Catalytic Converter would and the overall price for the full vehicle is affected by this. 

Payments for scrap vehicles are made the following working day once the Certificate of Destruction has been issued by the treatment facility. Therefore, from vehicle sign over/collection to receiving payment for your vehicle averages 24-48 hrs or even less.
